1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Instinct Chat. Before you can enter, you must certify that you are 18 or older and accept these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines. We record that acceptance. Instinct Chat is not intended for anyone under 18, and anyone who appears to be under 18 will be removed.

2. The service

Instinct Chat is a free service with themed public chat rooms, private group parties, and random one on one voice and text conversation. Everything is live and unscripted, and we cannot control who you meet or what they say or do.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to follow our Community Guidelines. In short, treat people with respect, and do not engage in hate speech, racism, harassment, threats, illegal activity, or any content involving minors. Violations may result in removal from the service.

4. Your responsibility

You are responsible for how you behave and what you share. Do not share personal, financial, or sensitive information with strangers. You interact with other users at your own risk.

5. Discretion advised

Conversations are live. Messages pass through an automated safety filter and reports are reviewed, but no person reads conversations as they happen, and voice calls are not filtered at all, so you may encounter language or topics you find offensive. Discretion is advised. You can skip or leave any conversation at any time, and you can report behavior that breaks our guidelines.

6. Third-party links and offers

Instinct Chat may display links or promotions to third-party services operated by separate companies. When you follow such a link you leave Instinct Chat and are subject to that provider's own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, and some may charge fees.

7. No warranty

Instinct Chat is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error free, or that you will have a positive experience with any match.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Instinct Chat and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or your interactions with other users.

9. Termination

We may block messages, remove you from a room, or suspend or ban access to the service at any time, including for violations of these terms or our guidelines, or to protect users. Bans may be applied to an account, a device, or an IP address. Serious violations may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Instinct Chat after changes means you accept the updated terms.
